Most of us associate office coffee with stale, generic coffee that has been sitting on a hot plate for over an hour. It’s a caffeine-delivery mechanism at best. And don’t forget the equipment: bulky commercial machines and dodgy airpots that look like they belong in a fluorescent-lit hospital cafeteria.
It doesn’t have to be this way. We are here to help you get fresh, delicious coffee in your office without spending a lot of money on equipment or time cleaning up a mess. We have the entire setup covered, with quality, iconic machines designed and built in Europe, coffee beans gently roasted right here in Portland, and Italian porcelain cups in a variety of distinctive designs, from mid-century to classic café cups.
To experience fresh, delicious coffee in your office, we will set up the equipment, teach everyone how to use it, then deliver hand roasted coffees every week. We can completely customize the details to meet your needs. You will have the option of a cupping session at your office with a blind tasting of the coffees we offer.
You can rest assured that everything will be taken care of. If there are any issues, we’ll respond with efficiency and good humor. We’ll take care of any issues related to the equipment, including same day replacement in most cases.
We don’t require a contract, and you can cancel at any time. You will own the coffee equipment regardless.

First, everyone that works at the office is going to be thrilled to not have to run to the corner coffee shop twice a day. You’ll be saving them a lot of money (if you spend $4 a day on coffee, that’s about $1,500 a year).

There’s simply no comparison between over-roasted generic coffee that has been sitting in an airport for several hours and a mug of fresh coffee that meets the standards of the best coffee houses. The presentation of tasty coffee in a nice mug will be congruent with everything else you do that conveys quality and professionalism.
Third, you’ll be working with a local business owned by coffee lovers that will be ready for any questions or issues you have.
Equipment
For the small office of 1-15 employees, we recommend a Technivorm coffee maker and a Baratza grinder. Both are simple, rugged machines with clean lines and reliable performance. The Technivorm coffeemaker is one of only two coffee makers ever made that is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. It is designed and made in the Netherlands, and makes delicious, hot coffee every time.
The Baratza grinder is easy for anyone to use, and the anti-static basket prevents grounds from scattering on your countertop.
Delivery
After we conduct a cupping session, your favorites will then be delivered to your office every week, ensuring optimal freshness guaranteed. We will deliver ground coffee if you’d like, but for astonishingly fresh coffee we recommend a grinder and coffee maker combination.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Nope.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Q: What if I don’t like the machine?
A: We’ll take it back. We’re the Nordstrom and Apple of coffee service – if you aren’t happy, we aren’t either.
Q: How much for the coffee?
A: We offer two bag sizes – 12 ounce bags for $13, and 2 pound bags for $30.
Q: How do you deliver?
A: We ship via UPS, and the coffee shows up the next day. We’ve found this to be the quickest, most efficient way to deliver coffee. It keeps the cost down, and since the UPS truck is in your area already every day, it cuts down on energy consumption.
Q: Do you provide donuts, chips, and bottled water?
A: We pretty much deal exclusively in coffee. We’ll provide the coffee and all the brewing and serving equipment that you need.
