Customer Service: Make a Return

Free Returns for coffee and coffee brewing equipment:
We pay for the return shipping if you don't love it. There's absolutely no risk! We're that convinced that you'll love it. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Please note that espresso machines and grinders do not qualify for free return shipping.

To make a return simply fill out the return form below. We will email you a prepaid UPS return label which you can print and attach to the return package. If you don't have a printer available we can mail you the return label. Because we do not sell used or returned items, we send returns back to the manufacturer. We usually have to get a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer before we can send you a return label. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your return label.
