- Open plunge chamber and preheat with hot water.
- Measure and grind coffee :: 2.5 Tbsp. (14-15g.) medium grind.
- Add coffee to chamber and add water to mark. Stir gently.
- Fill chamber to hexagonal ring.
- Wet filter with hot water and replace filter cap.
- Invert and plunge after 1 min. 30 sec. Plunge should take :30 to :45 seconds.
