- Put your kettle on to boil.
- Remove lid/press and preheat with hot water.
- Measure out coffee : 26 grams (for 12 oz cup / 35 grams for 16oz cup) and grind to coarse.
- Add water (415 grams for 12oz / 525 for 16oz) at 200 F. Wet all grounds evenly.
- Fold in top crust after two minutes.
- Plunge mesh filter after total of four minutes.
