- Put your kettle on to boil.
- Remove lid/press and preheat with hot water.
- Measure out coffee : 8 Tbsp. (45-47 g.) and grind to coarse.
- Add water (200 F.). Wet all grounds evenly.
- Fold in top crust after two minutes.
- Plunge mesh filter after total of four minutes.
