Ships Same Day: All orders for in-stock items received by 7:00 pm EST are shipped the same day from Portland, Oregon.
Free shipping: Coffee makers and espresso machines are shipped via UPS Ground, for free!
3 Day Shipping for $5: In the USA we will deliver up to 3 packages of coffee within 3 business days (M-F) for $5. For weights above three pounds, we have subsidized the shipping charges to below our cost. We want you to be able to get your coffee quickly without paying ridiculous amounts for shipping! Use the shopping cart to see what shipping options and charges are available to you, based on product selection. Other small items like coffee cups and French press pots will also qualify for the $5 shipping option.
No Sales tax: Because we are located in the sales-tax free paradise of Oregon, you will not be charged for sales tax on any order.
30 Day Guarantee: We guarantee your complete satisfaction. You have 30 days to give it a try. If you don't love it, we'll email you a prepaid UPS return label. Upon receiving your return, we'll credit your card the purchase price, less the original outbound freight cost if your order included free shipping. It's that simple.
Free Return Shipping: We pay for the return shipping if you don't love it, and we make it very easy! We're that convinced that you'll love it. If it's not to your complete satisfaction, we'll email you a prepaid UPS return label. ANY COFFEE, ANY FREQUENCY
We let you decide how you'd like to receive our coffee. From one package a month to a variety of five per month, we can set it up as you wish.
Most of our customers have chosen to receive three packages of coffee per shipment, with a delivery schedule of once per three weeks. This means they get three individual coffee packages delivered to them in 3 days for $5. Since they go through about a package per week, this means each package is only open for 7 days, ensuring optimal freshness. With the one way valve on each package, the coffee beans will stay fresh for quite a while, but we recommend using them within 30 days of roasting.

All coffee shipments under this plan are rushed to the recipient with 3 day shipping for only $5. This is below our cost, but it's important to us that everyone receiving Clive coffee on a regular basis get it quickly and without paying exorbitant shipping fees.

- For best results, grind immediately before brewing and use within 7 days of opening
