Stock Available: Most of the espresso machines we sell are imported from Italy to New York. We warehouse our own stock in Portland, Oregon, but we optimize each order to get it to you the fastest way possible. This means that some orders will ship from our warehouse in Portland, and others will ship directly from the importer in New York. We will use your address and shipment method to determine the fastest way to get your machine to you.
Please note that the stock status on each product page is updated throughout the day. All espresso machines are bench tested for quality assurance before being shipped to you, and in some cases this process may add a day or two to the processing time. 3 Day Shipping for $5: In the USA we will deliver up to 3 packages of coffee within 3 business days (M-F) for $5. For weights above three pounds, we have subsidized the shipping charges to below our cost. We want you to be able to get your coffee quickly without paying ridiculous amounts for shipping! Use the shopping cart to see what shipping options and charges are available to you, based on product selection. Other small items like coffee cups and French press pots will also qualify for the $5 shipping option.
No Sales tax: Because we are located in the sales-tax free paradise of Oregon, you will not be charged for sales tax on any order.
30 Day Guarantee: Every year we extend our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee to allow gift receivers the chance to return an item that doesn't meet their needs. For items purchased on 11/12/11 through 12/31/11, the return period will be extended through 1/15/12, or the standard 30 day return period, whichever is longer.
Free Return Shipping: We pay for the return shipping if you don't love it, and we make it very easy! We're that convinced that you'll love it. If it's not to your complete satisfaction, we'll email you a prepaid UPS return label. Upon receiving your return, we'll credit your card the purchase price, less the original outbound freight cost if your order included free shipping. It's that simple.

CLIVE RECURRING DELIVERY
Clive Coffee offers a customizable recurring delivery option. Fast shipping with USPS Priority Mail is included in the price of the recurring delivery. This is 2-3 days for most addresses in the US. (Please note that you must use a credit card for recurring deliveries - Google Checkout and Amazon Checkout will not allow recurring charges).
ANY FREQUENCY
We let you decide how you'd like to receive our coffee. Choose either 2 or 4 bags per shipment at the frequency of your choice.
Most of our customers have chosen to receive two packages of coffee per shipment, with a delivery schedule of once per two weeks. This means they get two individual coffee packages delivered to them within 3 days with no shipping fee. Since they go through about a package per week, this means each package is only open for 7 days, ensuring optimal freshness. With the one way valve on each package, the coffee beans will stay fresh for quite a while, but we recommend using them within 30 days of roasting.

All coffee shipments under this plan are rushed to the recipient with 3 day shipping included in the price. This is below our cost, but it's important to us that everyone receiving Clive coffee on a regular basis get it quickly and without paying exorbitant shipping fees.

- For best results, grind immediately before brewing and use within 7 days of opening
